Can I book my own Freight?

Yes. Through our partnership with Globaltranz, we are able to offer an industry-leading TMS system that allows you to quickly get LTL rates from all of our carriers. From there you can save them until you are ready to book or you can book them instantly.

What services do you offer?

We are a full-service 3PL. We offer shipping solutions for everything from small package to full truckload, including:

We also offer international shipping utilizing both air and ocean options.

Am I able to track my shipments?​

Yes. through our TMS system you can log in and get updated details for all your shipments.

What if I don’t know my freight class?

If you don’t know the class that your shipment falls under, you can reach out either by phone or email and we will help you correctly classify your product.

What is an NMFC Number?​

The NMFC number or National Motor Freight Carrier Number is used by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA) that specifies what type of product or commodity is being shipped. The NMFC number is also used to find the proper class for your shipment.

What if I don’t know my NMFC Number?

If you don’t know your NMFC number, simply reach out either by phone or email and we will assist you in getting the proper NMFC Number for your freight.

Is my freight covered if it becomes damaged?​

Yes. We offer full coverage insurance on for your freight that will cover the freight from all damage, whether it is carrier liability or poor packaging to lost freight.

How do I file a claim?

If you need to file a claim, you can go into the TMS System that we offer, click on the load you need to file a claim for, and click “submit a claim.” From there it will take you to another screen to fill out the required information. You can also reach out to us and we can file on your behalf.

Are there any contracts to sign for your service?

No. We do not require you to sign any contracts for our standard services. If we do customer-specific pricing or other special services, then we may require a signed contract.
